My refrigerator was broken and after dealing with another company for 3 weeks; I had spent a ton of money, my refrigerator was still broken and I kept getting no answers. I couldn't even get them on the phone. I finally called Brandon at 6pm one day and he was at my house the very next morning. He diagnosed my problem in seconds, ordered the correct part, and when the part arrived on a Saturday afternoon he came right over and completed the job.   • "FABULOUS!! How would I review this company? First by saying honesty, integrity and Skill! This was the 3rd company I called to fix my refrigerator's water dispenser. The first company was unknowledgeable and dishonest: told me that 2 parts needed to be replaced in addition to a coil cleaning that would cost me around $500, and that is with their "discounts". The 2nd person was referred by someone I did not know, and I should have checked his reviews which were appalling and shocking. This person scammed me out of $100 and told me I needed a part which he did not have as he had done to many others. I finally called All Better Appliance and was I ever pleased!! Bruce came out to check out the issue; a great technician and extremely honest. He told me I did not even need to replace anything but reconnected my water filter housing. After what I had been thru with 2 dishonest companies I was so relieved that there are repair people out there with high ethics. Thank you "All Better Appliance Company". YOU ARE THE BEST!! By the way they are very busy since they are so valued, so do wait for them to make it to your home.   • "Great. From the moment I called and spoke to Lou Ann until the serviceman arrived, every one was cordial and helpful. Kevin was prompt, calling when I was told he would. He was very professional, as well. The problem was indeed what I had thought. He fixed it in a timely manner and even checked the water line on the back of the fridge to make sure all was well there.
